Roles and Suggested Learning Paths for Google Apps
In your organization, there are probably different people involved in deploying Google Apps. Each role requires a specific training curriculum. 
The following are the suggested learning paths based upon those roles:

  • Google Apps Deployment Consultant and Product Specialist

    • Role
      • Works with customers to deploy Google Apps 
      • Designs and architects the technical deployment blueprint to Google Apps
      • Provisions user information and migrates mail and calendar data  from the legacy system to Google Apps

                        On-Boarding Partner Training Program: Complete Immediately
      1. Complete Google Apps Deployment Quick Start (Apps 100) - this is a self-study online training course
        • This course introduces you to the very basics of Google Apps deployment and is prerequisite for any of the Google Apps Deployment Essentials (Apps200)
        • Format: Self-Study        Duration:  4-6 hours

      2. Attend Google Apps Deployment Essentials (Apps200)
        • Attend one of the scheduled Instructor Led Courses
        • Format: Classroom        Duration:  4 days

      3. Attend the monthly What's New in Google Apps Webinar Series
        • This webinar series is offered monthly and reviews the technical updates to Google Apps 
        • Format: Live Webinar     Duration: 45 minutes
      4. Complete the Google Apps Certification Program
                        Advanced Training Program: Complete as Possible




    • Google Apps Change Management Specialist 


    • Google Apps Sales Engineer

      • Role
        • Works with customers to deploy Google Apps 
        • Designs and architects the technical deployment blueprint to Google Apps
